Listen to Country Music on the Internet

Do you like to listen to country music music while you’re getting work done or playing on your computer? You can download a country internet radio toolbar and listen to your favorite music any time you want. When we moved to a new city several years ago, I missed hearing the familiar voices of the deejays on our local radio station, and it would have been great if my favorite stations would have been available on the internet back in those days. So, if you miss your favorite country music station, check out the list of stations that are avaiable with music toolbars, and you could soon be listening to your hometown station again!

Taylor Swift in Concert

Guest written by our friend Gladys Fuentes

My daughter is a huge fan of Taylor Swift. I have to admit that I enjoy listening to her sing too. She is really good for such a young artist. One thing that I like about her is that she writes all of her own music. She is going to be coming to Tulsa, Oklahoma for a concert soon. This is a two hour drive from our house. I just got lucky enough to buy great tickets using our CLEAR tv bundle so that I can take my daughter to this concert. She is going to be so excited about it when I tell her. I am actually a bit shocked that I was able to get such good seats for us. We are not on the floor, but in the first section up from it. This will be nice since my daughter is short. She will be able to see without tall people standing right in front of her. I got four tickets so the entire family can go and have a great time together. We will leave early and eat dinner on the way. This is going to be the kind of thing that she remembers for the rest of her life. I am so glad that we are able to do this for her.

Jeff Buckley Hallelujah

Jeff Buckley’s rendition of “Hallelujah” is included on Rolling Stone’s list of  ”The 500 Greatest Songs of All Time”. This song, written by Leonard Cohen, earned Buckley his first #1 hit on Billboard’s Hot Digital Songs in March 2008 and reached #2 in the UK Singles Chart. In March, 2008, “Hallelujah” went to No. 1 on the iTunes chart, selling 178,000 downloads. Unfortunately, he wouldn’t live to see the success of his music and the impact that it’s had on his audience around the world. Buckley died in 1997 as the result of an accidental drowing in Wolf River Harbor, a channel of the Mississippi River.

Adam Sandler Hanukkah Song Video

You don’t have to celebrate Hanukkah to appreciate the humor in this song. It’s become a classic song that has received millions of views on YouTube! I’m always amazed at the debates that are sparked on the comment section of YouTube videos that are supposed to be there to entertain people. If people don’t like a particular song, why do they take their time to find it on the internet just to leave a negative comment? I hope you enjoy this song as much as I do!
